LOOK NO FURTHER!* WE ALWAYS GIVE FAIR SPLITS FOR HEIST PAYOUTS! http://mavf.shivtr.com/ We are a small crew who is dedicated to being productive and making money by doing heists and missions pretty religiously. Not withstanding personal issues or responsibilities that may crop up, there is little to no down time during a game session with us. I suppose you could consider the theme for this crew to simply be "heists" and "Professional efficiency" as I said we are focused on heists primarily and completing them, quickly, efficiently, and on the first try. We don't necessarily care what you wear, or what you drive, when we're in an open lobby as long as you can get the job done when it counts. With the advent of the new freemode activities and VIP missions, we also spend some time doing these as they pay out considerably well in a very short amount of time. We don't screw around during missions and rarely fail (not withstanding strange glitches we have no control over). We are highly organized and focused, however we are also laid back and are always looking out for new people to add who are competent as well as know how to listen and follow directions. We (the core leadership) have mastered every mission and heist, we've even completed the Criminal Mastermind Challenge and would be willing to help newer players complete this challenge and generally improve overall. If you are an experienced player you will be right at home here as well, quickly and effectively completing any challenge in the game. Never play with randoms again! Because of the dynamic of our current membership we are typically on in the evenings (mountain/central time) but as the crew grows we hope to have it become a 24/7 powerhouse of cash flow. We really don't have that many rules. Because of our initially small size there haven't been any reasons to create any. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed. We only want clean players. By this I mean people who do not exploit the games code in a malicious manner, or abuse hacks that significantly impact others' ability to enjoy the game. Don't kill your teammates after a mission. This is beyond annoying and won't be tolerated (generally) There are exceptions as a few of us know each other pretty well and have an understanding, but as the crew grows this will likely become a rigid rule. Have a mic, and be considerate in its use. Nobody, and I do mean nobody, wants to hear ghetto gangster rap piped through a tin can over the internet. If you want to listen to music, by all means... but have the sound coming through your headset so we can't hear it. You can wreak havoc on servers if you want, we don't care. In fact I personally encourage it. Survival of the fittest. As long as you're playing fair, anything goes. However, refrain from harassing other crew members in an open lobby. What's the point of a crew if you treat each other the same as any other person aimlessly wondering around the server? If you are inactive for a long period of time without making any contact or hopping crews incessantly, you will likely be kicked Sync your PSN with the social club. It's very hard to tell who is who when I have to juggle numerous screen names for a single person. If you are in our crew, you need to have ours set as your active crew. Once you play with us, you won't want to go back anyway. *This list is subject to change as we inevitably grow We are all generally older. (25-40s) However age isn't necessarily a pre-req, but being at least 18 is probably for the best Pilot skills are always a plus, but not something I'm necessarily adamant about. Many of the core members are already skilled pilots in both Choppers and Jets. If you aren't confident in your ability to survive in the air and you find yourself in a mission with one of our pilots, you could simply ride along and get the job done. However, I seriously advocate practicing in the air. They are the most powerful vehicles in the game. Have a mic. Your PS4 came with one. Use it! (see mic rules above) No level requirement per-se, HOWEVER you need to be able and willing to listen to instructions. We have pretty rigid and effective ways with which we always succeed in our missions. If you have responsibilities and family life don't worry about it. That obviously comes first. There's some in our crew who have kids and we are understanding if you have to leave abruptly (between missions), or can't log in at all on a given day. It is just a game after all. Be willing to have your voice/footage recorded. I generally live stream our heists and like to have everyone's voices audible. The core leadership is already established, but that doesn't mean you can't join the ranks of the best! *Current and Potential Leadership needs to be noticeably active on the social club and/or the GTA forums Your ability to "rank up" in the crew is dependent on a few, albeit extremely important factors, which are: Play with us and be active on a regular basis. Doesn't have to be necessarily every day. But if you disappear with 0 contact for days on end, it's unlikely you will be promoted. Be smart. If you consistently do something stupid, it's unlikely you will be promoted. Everyone makes mistakes, but blatant refusal to listen to instruction and council will pretty much cement you in the "Muscle" category for a considerable amount of time, if not forever. Obey the rules to the best of your ability. You will have an opportunity to move up in the ranks when a spot opens. SRTTURBO4 Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 Just wanting everyone who reads this to know that I just joined a couple of days ago and so far, these guys are legit. No kidding. I played through the Pacific Heist with them and we finished it entirely (from start to finish) in less than an hour and a half. That was with us screwing around a bit after each setup. So I made nearly half a million faster than I ever have with these guys. They know what they are doing and are VERY professional about it when playing. Everyone has treated me like a friend and have been very respectful the entire time. I've been in a crew that treated me like crap just because I was the new guy. Not these guys. Very friendly and accepting. I can absolutely GUARANTEE that if you join this crew you WILL make a lot of money and have a blast while doing it. For those of you who have been stung by randoms.... Join the Fist. You'll be soooo glad you did. You'll actually be able to go through all the Heists with COMPETENT PROFESSIONALS!!! Wow! What a great concept! However, I do value a tactical and planned approach to heists which seems to fit in the core values of this crew. Most of my activity during the work week is just peeking on to do dailies and maybe a mission or two, for me heists would be a weekend thing. Yup, while we focus on missions mainly, there are times where we declare all out war on a random server. Yes we do. And when we do, we work as a single force. We coordinate via headsets and everyone works like a well oiled machine. The same exact thing is true for Heists. If you listen to orders, you'll make out like a bandit. We are a crew who's main job is to make money and lots of it. We know that the only way to get rich in this game is through team work and mutual respect for fellow crew mates. You'll find lots of brotherly love in the Fist. For those of you who are constantly having trouble playing Heists (randoms ruining everything) then join the Fist. We've got a few "weekend warriors" as it were, in the crew, so you shouldn't find it too difficult to find someone to play with. The line of people wanting my help with the CMC is relatively long... and it usually takes us the weekend to get through it. But stick with us, we'll get you paid! Curious though, what do you mean by you request a payout of 0%? Does that mean you don't expect any certain level of pay, or that you don't want any money?
