Invest 2.2m T-20 on 2nd character, worth or not?

My 1st character is about lv150, and have 4.4m now, is it worth to spent 2.2m on the 2nd character(lv22)?

 

P.S I have Osiris, Roosevelt, Coil Brawler...each category has a fully upgraded car on the 1st character

If you want an invest then go for a Bati or a Karamu. Depending on what you do the most while playing (if you play and make money more than spending it) then go for the T20. Good thing is that it doesn't need many upgrades.
