Sooo ... pretty much ... everything boils town to lazy Rockstar. Clearly it is Rockstars fault that we dont get along on the forums etc. If we could only do whatever the f we want in the game, then we would get along and share our Yankton plated cars on the forum.

YANKTON PLATES ARE BACK! Genuine and legit, although they are now made in the far east.

Not with the traditional methods, no. There may be a mod on PC that does it but that may be risky, despite being a minor mod.
