Thoughts on Brass Knuckles

Haven't had much of a chance to use them, but my god do they pack a punch. One of my friends walked up to me and killed me in one standard hit when I was almost at full health. Do you think this will make all the other melee weapons useless?

I walked up to an NPC and decked them stright on into the head...

 

NPC falls down....NPC get's right back up.

Yeah but sadly just because some have "Spikes" on the end don't make them any more dangerous than the regular ones

well Ive been using them on actual players and they are super strong. 2 punches max it seems

I'm not tried against other players but I did on NPC but a f*ckin' leaf would kill a NPC.

True what you're saying? One hit with full health just kills another player? That sucks, no fun.

Killing with the hatchet is more fun but I'm glad others are enjoying it.

All the other melee weapons are practically useless already since you can 1 hit KO everyone via forearm smash/pistol whip.

 

I haven't used the brass knuckles yet but i'd imagine they'll be fun novelty for a little while, then they'll end up collecting dust (pun intended?)

Brass knucles is a weapon youd love to use, but will likely never have the chance to in most cases. Buying it shouldnt even be a problem.

Took me 3 hits with knucks on to drop an NPC with (max strength) Trevor.

 

I'm pretty sure Calvary Dagger is better against players so...pass.

If it's not a waste of money, it's a waste of a melee slot.well atleast on players its strong it either takes all your health or close to all on npcs it takes two or one hits but then again npc have higher health when they feel like it

Well I don't know if they are useful or not but I'm sure having a lot of fun with them... My new favorite melee weapon next to the bat

No idea if you guys are hitting walls but when I hit a player with the superman-esque punch I kill them in one hit, yes, full health. They're f*cking deadly, I've come across people trying to shoot me with the Marksman and I ended up breaking their faces structure.

Melee weapons are useless in almost every way. I know these are free but honestly no more pistol + melee weapon R*. Getting old.

They're fun. A new melee weapon is always welcome. Of course, you HAVE to hit with the knucles to get the extra damage so involuntary kicks won't work.

 

1. Challenge a friend to a melee fight.

2. Let him beat you a bit, then run.

3. Equip the brass knucles when you're running.

This, I was trying to see if I can make out the skin on my friends brass knuckles, ended up using the Heavy Sniper zoom, and oh there it was... You need a sniper zoom, but the engravings are there. Lol.

A friend hit me once whilst I had full armour and full health interestingly it did not take away any armour but I was left with only a third of health. (rank 460 - xbone). I imagine all the different skins inflict the same damage but those ones with the spades (The Player) and the ones with spikes (The Balla) should inflict a lot more heh.
