You can put pearl on anything except crew (you can on pc), you select your matte colour, hover over a metallic colour but don't select it, then change any other aspect of the car (plate is cheapest or chrome wheels if theyre free), then go back to respray - pearlescent.

 

The car pictured looks awful to me.

there isn't a matte midnight or galaxy blue in the game just matte blue and that's definitely NOT matte blue

 

 

 

 

 

Op to apply pearlescent on matte:

 

Apply matte paint

go into metalic and back out

change your license plate

go back and apply the pearlescent you want

Easy as this one...

 

Apply any base style like matt, metal, classic...

Back out & go into Metallic but don't purchase any colour.

Back out of Respray.

Go into plate or wheels or anything really & buy something cheap (white plate, cheap smoke)

Go back into respray, into Primary & pearlescent. The Pearl colours should now be open...

A matte blue with like a cream or light brown pearlescent... And red rims.

 

It gives me eye cancer.
