Can't find anyone to do Series A Coke

I have attempted the Series A Cokd mission about 7 times and have failed each time due to people leaving for no reason or rage quitting, even on easy mode. I'm looking for reliable people to do this mission with, and maybe the finale with. If you help me out, I can promise you a place on my crew for the pacific heist when I unlock it.

How is a leader being selfish when they set it to Easy? Maybe some leaders get tired of the BS'ing around when noob heist members keep dying over and over.

 

Oh, and the leader doesn't earn money in setups. I'm not saying I always set it to Easy, but I at least put it on Normal most of the time, and people still die.
