Target/Smuggler Vehicles Not Spawning?

Before the Ill-Gotten Gains: Part 2 was released, my sessions used to be scattered with helicopters, planes, cars, and bikes to take down.

But recently, there have been an extreme lack of them post-update.

To some this may not be necessarily important to some, but those vehicles were one of the main sources of money for me personally (I would obtain $20,000 - $30,000 for taking down a helicopter/plane).

As we know the newest super/hyper car that was added costs a staggering $2,200,000 (Yes, I am aware about the rebate) and I am slowly running out of methods of making money.

I would like to know if any of you are experiencing this in GTA Online...

I just finished 3 hours of invite only on my ps3 and nothing. No distract cops, smuggler aircraft, ect.

 

It was fun while it lasted. I had hope it would be permanant. $30,000 smuggler aircraft is fun easy money.

 

My routine, invite only, was to wait with my buzzard and a car in my Integrity Way parking lot ready for what ever happened next. Armored trucks spawned close and the target vehicles often spawned close to my location. I would fly to and destroy Simeon's high priority vehicles. I found i made almost as much or even more money and quicker by just flying to a LSC and jacking an suv on the street for a quick sell.
