Your recommendation on "best" bike in the game?

I need a bike, a good bike. Not sure what to make of the on website stats though. Which one is the best, the Bati? The Akuma? The Carbon RS? The Vindicator? (I hear it has KERS?) The Lectro?

I own a Bati, and it handles nicely, tops out at about 110mph though unless I'm doing a wheelie, then it's close to 140. Site says 150 for top speed, and mine's even maxed out! Site says the 40k Carbon does 190, is it better than the Bati? Or is it fast with horrible handling? I hear the Vindicator has a wide turning circle and low top speed, but can go from 0 to 90 in about 2 seconds with KERS. So what's your recommendation on overall best bike?

I would stick with the Bati 801. Seems to have the best handling in my opinion and get good overtakes on bends during races.

You can't go wrong with the Faggio. That bike is pure sex.

Still the Akuma for me. Great acceleration. The KERS on the Lectro can be fun but it's not a naturally quick bike (feels sluggish when your KERS is uncharged), and it costs way too much. For a bike that just rips around the city and seems to leave everything choking on your dust in a chase, the Akuma is the way to go.

The Bati is a fine racing bike. I like it a little less for just driving around though.

The Hakuchou has its partisans, but I can't stand the look of that bike and thus reject it out of hand. I don't think it's a particularly faster bike than either of the Bati or Akuma, anyway.

Bati or Akuma. Try them out, pick one or get both. They are not expensive.

I just noticed that lol. I dont know how I missed the whole second paragraph.

The carbon is for CE owners only.

I always used a bati then started using the akuma for the elite challenges and now i like them both. Both are very fast and handle nicely. The akuma handling is tighter than the bati. The hackuchou is faster when you do wheelies but im not sure about the handling. Id like to get one but dont have the room .

The Hakuchou is really fun to do wheelies,it feels loose IMO but responds great.Kinda like an enhanced Bati persay

The round headlight style ruffian. It does all the wheelies and stoppies you need, and does sweet jumps.

Best part is you gotta steal one off the street to find the round headlight... If you order one it will come with the double setup.

YA BOY DIRT

Bati for pure speed and racing, Akuma for quick handling and crazy maneuverability.

Been like this since GTA came out, IIRC.

Pretty much. Though the Akuma is just as good of a racer as long as the track has a few twists and turns. If you know how to induce an occasional wheelie out of the Akuma you'll smoke everybody on a lot of tracks.

In theory, you can get the best racing results with the Bati, if you drive perfectly and wheelie like a maniac. For all practical purposes, the Akuma would be the bike of choice. As mentioned before, it has unbelievable handling, insane acceleration and also a very very affordable price tag. Best $9000 I ever spent.

P.S. Does it bug anyone else, that a $9k Dinka Akuma smokes the sh*t out of a $630k Dinka Vindicator? That's two orders of magnitude cheaper for better performance, ffs!

Bati holds the world records and is the quickest if you wheelie it frequently, if your a racer it's worth getting the bati and learning to wheelie it.

Akuma is the quickest if you don't want to wheelie, and probably the best for free roam city driving due to its lightning acceleration, it's also easier to win with in casual races against unskilled opponents as it's easy to crash on the bati when you need to wheelie a lot.

I personally have the akuma and lectro, I like the look of both, akuma performs better but the lectro is agile and its kers boost is a nice novelty in freeroam.

for top speed cruising the thrust was always the best, not sure yet if the vindicator can beat it in straight line speed.

From what I know:

highest top speed-Hakuchou

highest acceleration-Akuma

best handling-Bati801

overall best for racing-Bati801

best for stunting-Ruffian

best for cruising in freeroam-any chopper bike and some slower sport bikes

most customizable-Daemon,Bagger and PCJ600

best for off road-Sanchez,Enduro and Nemesis

bikes that have KERS-Lectro and Vindicator

My personal favorites are chopper, cruiser and touring bikes,so I consider them best,at least for what I need a bike for (mostly cruising around the map in invite only freeroam).

Can't believe no one mentioned the Double T, it's my favorite after the Hakuchou.

Akuma is probably the most competetive but I like riding around on the Bati - that wheelie action.

In the early days I would have said the Akuma, but some months ago I changed my preference in favor of the Bati. As a matter of fact, I finally sold my Akuma today to make room for some of the new stuff. I got no use for the bike anymore ever since using the Lectro as my favorite street bike. Anyway, I find the Bati the best "allround" bike, but if you only want sheer power and speed then there is one bike that stands above all others: the Hakuchou.

I love my Carbon RS, but I can't wheelie it, which is frustrating when getting that daily objective. Plus you cannot change the color
