Hype About The T20

I got both. One in gold and the other I haven't touched yet. Personally I love them both and make a fine addition to my Supers/sports garage.

I went for a the Osiris on my main and a T20 on my second.. i like them both.

I simply bought and modified one in story mode with Franklin, then did the street race by LS Customs with a modified T20. It performed a bit better than the a.i cars in that race. Good enough of a test drive in single player, before buying one each for both online characters.

I have the Osiris and the T20. To be honest, I was kind of underwhelmed by the Osiris, initially. Not that it isn't fast, but I don't really see it as a step up from the Zentorno. It may be as good as the Zent, or arguably slightly better, as people have shaved off thousands of a second off the previous best lap times...however, I really don't see it as a significant improvement.

 

The T20, on the other hand...I'm pretty impressed. It has crazy good acceleration. Handling is a bit more unpredictable, but I can definitely see myself sticking with this for a long time over my Zentorno. I was going to see if I could beat my old top speed record...set it a long ass time ago at 147.5 mph in my Zentorno. I know the Osiris didn't beat it, I tried...anyway I maxed out the T20, but it turns out I recently beat my old record in the Bati at 159.1 mph, so I guess I'll never know which car has the highest top speed...or at least not until someone makes a youtube video about it. Lol

Edit: I'm also hoping with the addition of McLaren's own unique brand, we may see a Mercedes-McLaren SLR.

Many people (including me) didn't like the handling and sound of the Osiris. If the T20 handles and sounds better like the reports say... Then the hype is justified more than with the Osiris which only had the doors. I never knew why were people so hyped about that car.

Drove a fully modded T20 in single player, it's a damn nice ride. Switched over to online, took the Osiris for a spin, realized if I wanted the T20 I'd have to sell the Osiris AND buy a shark card... decided to buy and download Witcher 3 instead.

 

Five hours later I'm loving Witcher. Way better than the T20 when I've got five other supercars anyways.

I feel that it was missing high speed handling like the Osiris.

 

I honestly thought the same thing. Seems to lose all of its traction at higher speeds, despite both being 4WD, the Osiris just seems to make use of the power better, putting it down more.

 

I have both, but was hoping for the new Pfister... perhaps that will come in an update to rival the Mclaren P1 (Progen T20).

 

 

That was a hoax made up to trick Youtubers like MrBossFTW with. I wouldn't count on it ever coming to the game.

New Pfister based on the 918 Spyder and a new Grotti based on the LaFerrari (the Turismo is nice but Grotti/Ferrari never was the value option).

 

I already have every Super in the game except for the Voltic so I'd probably still buy them, lol.

It's ugly as sin, but from a performance standpoint, it's the best super in the game. It's speed, acceleration and handling make it feel like an Osiris and a Zentorno had a baby and named it T20.

Don't find it ugly at all, Zentorno is but not this. Also don't get the complaints of its ass, its a GTA version of the P1 and back lights look great at night.

Have 4 supers now and need to vacate 1 more space. Keeping T20, I'll keep the Osisris even though I don't like the engine sound so its between Zentorno or Turismo R.

TR has the annoyingly low nose hitting low kerbs and Zentorno is the most hated noob car in the game. Screw it, I'll sell both Zentorno getting chop first.

Seems like now that the T20 is out people think that every other super car is inferior to it. Does anyone else think that if they saved the Osiris for part 2 and released the T20 in part 1 as the cheaper and slower car there wouldn't be as much hype for the T20?

 

Both cars have unique features like the retractable spoiler for the T20, and gull wing doors for the Osiris. I just think that the Osiris looks a lot better than the T20.

A couple of my friends sold their Osiris. I'm glad I waited.
