Anything that was once available but cannot be bought anymore will eventually get rarer as time passes and new players replace old players

Decent players are very rare. All you get during heist finales are a bunch of greedy assholes asking for more money.

Round headlight ruffian can't be bought, you gotta steal it. So for that, it's semi rare because nobody hunts for vehicles they can just buy from the website.

There are really only about 20 or so truly "rare" items that were only available once, and a majority of those items were available in the VDM Update, so I'd honestly say that there's only about 6 TRULY rare items, IMO:

 

-Can't Stop Me Mask

-Stocking Mask

-High Flyer Parachute Bag

-Vinyl Countdown Shirt

-Homies Shirt

-Bitchin' Dig Food Shirt

 

These items were all available one time only via login or special playlist, which only lasted one weekend, while the VDM Update lasted at least a couple of weeks. Of course, this list also doesn't include glitched items or items earned through achievements, as these items can still be acquired, while the ones I've listed can not.

Only thing I'm missing are the KJAH shirt and the High Flyer Parachute Bag.

 

I got the 4 beer hats legitimately (battling it out) so I'm quite happy that I get the other 2 hats now that other's enjoyed after the game glitched in their favor.

 

Am I upset about people who never got the beer hats AT ALL getting them now? Nope. No skin off my nose...especially as I never wear the sh*t I collect. I just like collecting it all.

 

Except for the High Flyer Parachute Bag...could care less if I never get it since it requires finishing that infernal flight school.

 

I would like a crack at the KJah though. If you're listening Rockstar Gods.

You know, I remember back while it was available, that I had the money to get it, but decided against it, because I wanted to get something else that I don't even remember anymore, thinking I wouldn't regret it. Needless to say, I got that other thing, but now that you bring up that vehicle again, I never do see it much now, and I kinda wish I got it now. Ive seen maybe 5 people drive a Roosevelt since it was released last year, me counting as one of those people, i still drive it to this day from time to time - so yeah. The Roosevelt is rare.

The Gusenberg fits into this, too, although it's not as noticable to most people.

If you used a parachute, then you need to get in a aircraft and it should reappear. You can also buy one at Ammunation, but that's a waste of money.
