where are the drug planes and vehicles.

before the pt 2 update up untill this morning there were drug planes and vehicles popping up every 10 minutes with cash up to 30,000 dollars. ever since the update there hasn't been one plane and i've been playing all morning. what gives?

That's because we had special crates. They also increase the rythm of the évents. Wait this weekend.
