You never figured that out about R*,.They never quite give you what you want,the heist update was the 1st time they really gave ppl what they wanted such as gloves and ski mask which ppl were begging for since GTA IV.Other then that they do these troll like things like the complaint you have is a perfect example.

My Indian Character looks awesome with the White Closed Trenchcoat.

 

And then a badass with his Race Yellow T20

I like the black closed threnchcoat outfit with that black hat. Now I can roleplay as a detective.

The Trench Coats are amazing.

The proper trenchcoats are my favourite. Helps ram home my character's "demonic Audrey Hepburn" vibe all the more

 

Leather jacket aside, everything else is pretty naff.

 

Also, my Showroom top finally unlocked! Nice to see R* finally pulled their fingers out and fixed that.
