I used to frequently edit at GTA Wikia so take my word for it; they're bullsh*t. After GTA IV, their descriptions for vehicles went downhill and the power hungry administrators will ban anyone who wants to correct them.

For $1.75mil, I'd much rather buy a slightly larger, two-masted Marquis with an actual interior. Maybe the ability to set the sails and cruise, without holding down the 'accelerator.'

I agree! It would be nice to see the gold jet inside features on it! Party on the water, no need for a pilot to keep it flying, everyone could join the fun...

I love boats (have a 21 foot chaparral) this Toro is beautiful but its a pos. Boats in this game aren't meant to be like cars, where you can take them out and "show them off". No one cares if you're a boat owner in the game.

 

I tried it out in single player and yawn. First person it was really beautiful, the horn (I believe was original) the exhaust note (like others said) sounded familiar (f*cking muffler note on a boat) That is no captains call in my book, so its a pass for me.

I might just do that at some point! A nice mixed vehicle meet would be nice.

 

I'm not so sure. I tend to find the smaller separated communities are easier to get RANDOMS in. Thats what I noticed on the ps3. it just depends on where and when you post. Get a community around the idea. Thats how the paleto bay threads took off.

Decided to buy it since there wasn't anything else from this update that I wanted and had some money to blow. I personally like it a lot, but being that it's a boat I'm not sure how much I'll be using it. It's pretty fun to drive after drinking 10 pisswassers

 

And this has a price of 1.75 mil.?

For half that money you can buy better, in real life. Rockstar shouldn't be trolling on this kind of stuff man. Every update stuff get more expensive. What's next? Cars worth 10 mil per car?

Everything from the past couple updates has been overpriced. All of the new content is inflated so that the people with money can own things that most people can't like the gold jet and helicopter. It's all about exclusivity not value. For example the T20 is really no better performance wise than the Zentorno, which is about 1/3 of the price. If these things were reasonably priced, then everyone would have them.

I tried it on so on the ps4 and didn't get a prompt (I did for the aircraft on pt 1 though). I wish we had activities on it but it looks so sexy!

What's funny is that in my Beach Bum 2 Update concept thread, I suggested a high powered boat called the Lampadati Torpedo... Didn't expect them to actually make something so similar to what I had in mind, too bad it's such a total let down. Should be WAY faster, WAY louder and WAY cooler than the other boats.

I got money but that is just damn high. Where is dangerously fast cigarette boat? The wood looks nice but not spending that much on something that slow w/o guns.
