Northing for me, I got the T20, but after I got it I forgot to follow the Rockstar propaganda, but afterwords I started following them, so maybe I wont get it? :/

I'm looking forward to finding out how much I won in the rebate lottery, I bought everything I wanted before the notification and can't remember what I bought first. Best case is a T20, worst is a Stallion...

I know my rebate will be for the T20 on one profile, the other profile I can't remember if I bought the Vindicator first or the Windsor, I think it

was the Windsor.

 

Either way will be nice to have some cash in game.

Got my $550k rebate today. I was surprised, because I bought T20 right after update was released, but I wasn't completed all the three steps at the time yet. Maybe it counts purchase after IGG2 update and those three steps can be done later.

Rockstar Support told me that we would get the rebate for the first car you buy AFTER meeting all 3 requirements. That certainly doesn't mean you can't be right, though.

 

I haven't got my rebate yet.

 

That's interesting. I verified my E-mail address in the evening after reading about the rebate, but bought T20 many hours earlier. Maybe that was just good luck or my e-mail was already verified although SC said it wasn't. I was thinking to buy the Brawler and get rebate from that, but now I can use $550k rebate from the T20 to buy the Brawler which is nice :)

Yes communication needs to be better but have a think on this.

 

R* announce 25% discount a week early.

 

Players reaction "Oooh, must buy most expensive car - get maximum money back from R* - translation everyone buys T20.

R* knew this so they wanted to not have everyone get the maximum possible cash by announcing it after the update had downloaded, some of you would be lucky, others not.

To be honest, I was not expecting to get my rebate. R* [almost] didn't f*ck this up; they should've told everyone about this as soon as (or before) IGG2 was released. An in-game notification would've sufficed.

I think the offer is still on so as long as you bought the car before the end of tomorrow you might still get the rebate.

I now own both. Also, anyone selling the Osiris for a car that is infinitesimally faster, and ONLY that reason, is an absolute sucker. Unless you're a top-tier racer trying to break world records, selling the second-fastest car in the game for the first-fastest, when they're basically identical and only separated by hundredths of a second per lap, is silliness. For most drivers, there is no real difference between these two and the Zentorno except looks and a little bit of driving feel.

I sold Osiris for T20 cuz it's faster, looks better, retractable spoiler, engine sound, HIGHER insurance :)

How long does it take to get the rebate? I bought the T20 today (like 5-6 hours ago) so will i get my half a mil tomorow?

- I still haven't got the rebate as of right now. I know the announcement says by the 19th. Are they rolling these out slowly? My impression from threads like this is that lots of people have gotten theirs already.

They are rolling out slowly. Not everyone has gotten it yet. I know I havent.

They are rolling out slowly. Not everyone has gotten it yet. I know I havent.

 

 

I suspect you will get the rebate on the Chino but you might get lucky and get it for the T20 if you needed to be on the mailing list first.

 

I wish my shift at work was over so I could find out if I have got my money today, only 1 hr 34 mins to go to find out!
