I've held off saying this for 2 years despite plenty of input from these forums but; this company is a f#cking joke. Added bonus: still no solution (on PS3) for the 'heist masks face morph' glitch.

I replied to their copy paste reply to my ticket hours ago...no reply back. This may well be the straw that broke the camels back. I wasn't prepared to pay $2.2m (and thus hours of grinding) for the T20...and I will be royally pissed if I'm being forced to...

Yep, no money here either. Don't know if my email was "verified" but I received my "subscribed confirmation" email when I joined the mailing list so I figured I was. Not surprised really. Felt good to unsubscribe again though :).

You either bought another car once you had all requirements done and didn't know it or Rockstar trolled you.

Surprise surprise. The 19th came and went with no sight of a refund. Would open a ticket but I figure it'd more trouble than it's worth. Shame on me for giving into marketing BS.

I didnt receive my refund but with the amount of money I made this weekend and with the new double this week. I'm just going to let it go. They can keep their 125k

I had a ticket opened about 4 days ago and was being helped by Ross S.

He told me if i didn't receive the rebate yesterday to contact him and just 10 minutes ago got my rebate,

550k for the T20 i bought day one and never received until today lol.

I signed up to the newsletter and did the whole process for mine and my brothers PSN accounts, yet when logging on today for the first time in a few days; I found that my brother received around 550K and I received Ziltch.

 

The message stated that their was an error and Maze Bank refunded the 550K.

 

WTF? Inconsistent or what?!

Had to restart my console and it said I've been credited 550k

 

Them support are gonna have a busy week as there's loads of people saying they never received theirs either.

Fear not people, my rebate cash didn't automatically go in to my account despite having fulfilled all of the criteria before I downloaded and installed IGG:Pt2 - I submitted a ticket to R*, they quickly verified that my issue was legitimate and injected my account with the eqivalent amount of cash :) Provided that your request is legit (they verified that I'd fulfiled all of their requirements BEFORE I purchased the Progen T20) I'm sure they'll do the same for you if you contact them...took less than 12 hours - I submitted the ticket shortly before I went to bed, the money was in my account when I woke up :)

Apparently I've been credited 550k according to my ticket. I haven't logged in to check yet. Two guys I did a heist with last night had their tickets credited yesterday for the T20 so they are getting it done.

I too received the 550K rebate I was eligible for belatedly after badgering Support about it. They made no fuss about it at all. In my case at least (have seen some people having problems).

Meanwhile on the other end of the spectrum there's my experience...my ticket is being ignored...my tweet...ignored...

I can't be f*cked to chase them around...I'll just remember how terrible their customer support is and take my business elsewhere...
