Grab the mod single player garage. It saves differently and seperatly from the game. Then go find a save where they have the duke. Save it in the new garage. Load your save. Have the duke. But whats a car that wont be tossed around like a hockey puck? in my opinion, i say go for these variants of the same car: the albany emperor clean and rusty why do you ask? because the emperor is as tough as nails when it comes to smashing into sh*t, and it goes a pretty decent speed once you have ALL of the engine, transmission and turbo upgrades installed. plus no one besides me has these cars, so you will do just fine.
