All beer hats unlocked for all players?

Never had a beer hat. Nothing in store too. Guess you had to have atleast one to have all unlocked.

 

Not complaining. Feel a little for those that want the exclusive / rare / never to be repeated stuff... but they'll get over it.

 

What is annoying is the people that have the "if I can't have it, no-one should have it" attitude.

I have tried everything here, read every comment on this thread and tried doing different methods/things people tried and the beer hats are still not showing for me, i even lost one of my beer hats somehow. Holy f*ck i'm so pissed off right now. If anyone can help me PLEASE do so! [i'm on XBOX One by the way.][Had do make this account just so i can get help.] ._.

no way to get it UNLESS its modded in for you via JB systems. dont believe that 100% cut BS cause if it was that easy then more threads would have been made askin to meet up so we can unlock it

My crew members and I tested this last night. For myself and another we already had grabbed at least beer hat from a special crate drop in the past.

 

So, we were not able to get the remaining ones; however, another friend had all 6 avail and she had never received one from a crate drop.

I already unlocked the first 4 of my main and managed to get the same 4 on my second by doing a job, no sign of the mysterious J Lager and Blarney's on either though.

Pretty sure they have nothing to do with eachother. I only have 1 high end apartment and 2 medium. I had 2 beer hats previously from crates. After the IGG update 2, they were all there for me Free on PS4.

I had 4 beer hats before this glitch. I dont know if thats why the two others were unlocked. I am a special crate hunter and i got many spec crates during the time when the beer hats were in them and i bever got the two that were unlocked for me after this last update

I got some kinda good news for PC players who LOST their Beer Hats. I contacted R* Support for a Third time saying I'm fed up. I listed all my items missing, and they replied with the bot messages. I had figured they wouldn't be able to get me my items back, BUT to my surprise they had sad they recovered 4 Items, 3 of them being Beer Hats and 1 Victory Fist Tee. I got one the game, but they still weren't there. I replied back again, and this time It wasn't a bot message. He told me it takes 2 hours at least, and was curious if I still had all the items on Xbox 360, I said yes, got on two hours later, and still nothing, I'm waiting for another reply. So what this means Is they ARE in the files. Also go due a heist or heist set-up and your Beer Hats will be in your Inventory. So I guess they're trying to clear this mess up.

It would never have worked without changing the format, would it? It's near impossible getting anyone to click 'ready' for less than 25%, so I can't imagine anyone accepting 0% beforehand.....certainly not randoms.

 

I suppose a crew / bunch of friends could reach an agreement to take it in turns, thus enabling everyone to get the award without being out of pocket. However, that would be a tad contrived and not exactly 'asshole' behaviour.

Nope. I got all six of them on PS4 , but no luck on PS3. I think the beerhats are an unintended side effect of switching off the independance day stuff. Like you lost the Gusenberg Sweeper after last year's Independace dlc expired. Or you could get the racing blonde tattoo in any race.

Indeed. In it's current form the Heist leader can't take 100% without the consent of the other team members.

Got all of them from Binco earlier - for one of my characters, at least. That one already had the Patriot and Pißwasser hats, but now has the full lot unlocked (and claimed, obviously - didn't want to let free stuff potentially slip through my fingers...).

 

Other character's never had a beer hat, and when I went to the shop, the only things I could find for sale under 'Special Hats' were all my previously-unlocked Independence Day ones - nothing new available. Not sure if the 'no previous beerhats' thing is connected - or if it's simply because it just unlocked for the first character I used after the recent update hit.

I'm having a different issue.

 

I was able to purchase all the beer hats 2 days ago.

 

However, this morning all 6 were mysteriously gone from my inventory and completely gone from every clothes store in GTA.

 

Tried the mission method....nothing...

 

Sent in a support ticket to rockstar hopefully they'll help me out.

 

All my friends are still able to see th in their inventory and clothes stores...

 

This is pissing me off....

Has anyone who isn't able to get the beer hats created a second character or deleted then created a second character and then checked on their Main character to see if you can now collect the beer hats from the store? This is in no way confirmed to work or anything and if you have a second character that you would like to keep don't try this, I'm just curious because i seem to remember something with deleting your second character when there was the glitch to obtain the beer hats last year. I'm probably mistaken/remembering it wrong and doing this is a long shot at achieving the beer hats, just curious if someone is willing to try it.
