I just don't get over the fact of why LG can't handle 2 or 3 more freemode activities... Just looks like Rockstar wants more players to buy another copy of GTA V.

That doesn't mean he can't disagree with their actions. Had I known this update was like this I wouldn't have expected it on last'gen.

 

But I still wouldn't have expected them to throw us under the bus and passive aggresively confirm that we're not getting anymore updates.. Still, I hope we can get the bare minium from these updates but I doubt it. Sucks but what can I do? And SP? Forget about it, not happening. That alone is a turn off whether I'm pn current-gen or not.

I'm happy with that update.Some new content.Looks quite promising from that trailer, I'm not into PvP but looks like there'll be co-op things too.

Also, I'm happy that I can finally buy one more apartment with a 10 car garage(my third apt) and some new cars.I held off those transactions because I thought they're gonna announce some new cars, mansions, or something like that soon, so I'd waste money.They didn't, so now I am free to buy what I wanted.

 

Money is not a problem(54.6 millions cash), but still, i want to save as much as I can.Guess I'm weird.

 

 

Things are even better as my birthday is tomorrow, so...yeah.

 

 

@Scag sorry man, I feel sorry for you and all the last-gen players that get now treated like doormats.That's how bussiness works in every big developer's eyes, as far as I see..

 

Well, truth is, those last-gen consoles are kinda outdated.

If I were you, I'd improve my PC if it's not already good enough, and buy it for PC, at least you have a lot more things(mods, etc, if you're into them)+you don't have to buy PS+ or whatever to acces Online.

I'll probably just get it for PC. I want to mod my game if I upgrade. I loved Save Editor on last-gen. It allowed my to get silly little Online exclusives in Single Player that should've been included from the get go.

I don't think we'll be able to turn off cops, hopefully the new activities will disallow cop intervention similar to gang attacks (when it works properly)

 

I don't know how the lobby options would work in public lobbies. How do 30 people have a say so in the option. Maybe it establishes how often YOU become the beast or moving target. Or maybe it indiscriminately establishes a public host. If it's that way I'll turn it up to max, troll people who come in by making sure someone is always being pursued as the beast.

It's down to the memory of the consoles, they just can't fit any more in. Last gen has 256Mb and next gen has 8Gb. Do the math.

I didn't even think about it being exclusively for current gen because it looks a bit crap in my opinion. However since it's "freeroam" I am hoping that they add more parked vehicles like the forklift and fix the heli spawns so f*cking attack choppers don't spawn ontop of hospitals. Animals would be nice, other than this Yeti-Chihuahua mix

I have barely played recently, the forthcoming update doesn't excite me at all, this combined with a bunch of new games coming out over the next few months mean I sadly won't be coming back any time soon.

Did you not see their post? They're working on new clothes and cars n sh*t. Stuff that hopefully our last-gen peasant asses can get. At least the cars and clothes and guns. It strikes me because they said it was a miracle IGG worked on our consoles. How so? It was probably one of the most detailed cookie cutter updates we've gotten and included new features like a retractable spoiler which if they didn't think wouldn't have worked on last-gen they would've axed. We probably can't withstand big updates but small cookie cutter updates aren't sh*t and honestly I think they're just talking out of their ass. Oh well, they've made their decision. If we don't get the next update which sounds like it'll be your typical cars clothes and weapons update then, well, you know.
