What if the 'Stunt Races' type is just for this Jumps Jumps Jumps type crap?

Most likely it is. People often say it is on SC, but it is also in the game as a category without content. R* got to add own content, but more than likely the ability to stack props properly will be an exclusive for this racing category. They also might add some special loops, larger ramps with the creator update. However, landraces won't contain "the biggest ramp in Los Santos" anymore, still a minor improvement.

hmm i assume the creator update and stacking system will be a overall creator thing, not just stunt races, program wise that makes the most sense, to me atleast! lol

 

i think the "stunt props" will have their own category at the prop menu.

 

and secretly very hopefully i dream that they will up the prop amount in the creator, i hit the 100 marker way too often

I don't think it is BS. I just think that it will be the Update that we get with the Editor or Stunt Races. I'd say coming with the editor is more likely though. I imagine sport bikes/cars coming with stunt races.

It makes more sense that the LOW update will come with the editor since the stunt races will be about speed an so on. With the editor i can see players recording there lowriders bouncing and cruising.

 

I would say it makes more sense the editor coming with stunt races - surely people will have more interest in recording / sharing their stunts, rather than just their cars bouncing and driving??

The codename for next update is "LOW".

"LUXE" is the codename for ILL-Gotten Gains updates.

Probably it's a lowrider update.

What's funny is that ILL-Gotten Gains Part 1 add 6 new vehicles and Part 2 add 6 new vehicles.

Basically 12 new vehicles added with ILLGotten Gains and now the next update will add 12 new vehicles.

That's makes me think that they've started developing it alongside ILL-Gotten Gains updates.

BTW This actually confirms that they start developing the next update before releasing a new update they've announced.

Waiting until for example ILL-Gotten Gains Part 2 drop to start posting suggestions for the next update will be useless because R* will be in the middle of developing.

 

I wonder when this update will be announced, i've hardly played the game for the past month?

Who knows..maybe today we'll get some news. I know they don't follow a pattern but the last few updates had an announcement. It's almost safe to say that if they do not announce anything today, there won't probably be a DLC next week..

this! i assume announcement on wednesday, dlc the week after, i think last two ill gotten DLC's got an announcement on a wednesday and the actual dlc a week after, both first or second week of the month

And what about the players that don't want the editor? We'd have to wait even longer for new content..

And then you don't remember we went from heist in March until part 1 in June without an update.

 

Also from beginning of October until end of December for Festive which was the last for 3 1/2 months until heist.

 

I think they'll get back onto a regular schedule too but the lack of awareness around here astounds me

Usually I am aware with the updates, but I stopped playing GTA after the festive update. Skipped heists and everything after it and started playing again late July. I didn't realize Part 2 was released in July.

I don't think so. Many games have video editor, but yeah, I don't care either since I will eventually upgrade.

Yeah, I can't argue. I skipped several console generations and just got my PS3 a couple years back so I still have a pretty hefty backlog of games (plus I use it to stream movies and play BluRays) so I'm not really in a hurry to replace it. I'll give it another year and then upgrade to a better console or maybe a Steam Machine if they're easy to operate.

If they bring the Faction back I hope it's exactly the same as IV. Not a complete redesign, not an already existing classic with a few aesthetic changes (Virgo), I just want the same damn thing. I drove it around in IV today and thought how wonderful it would be to have one in V. Blacked out, black and chrome rims, that lump on the bonnet reading V8 Turbo, black T-top covers, and a souped up engine putting out tons of power. That would look so badass, I'd take that over any other car in the game. I so want to make a GNX-lookalike.

 

 

 

The Faction was such a badass car, beautifully designed and fun to drive. It really makes you wonder why it was cut. Who in the right mind decided the Faction wouldn't work in V? It fits Los Santos like a glove.

I remember being at a dragrace years back when one of them pulled up to do a burnout. Tubbed out, twin turbo, making ridiculous power. It sounded like a F-16 getting ready to take off. So much smoke u couldnt see the back. I forget the time, but he WASTED the other guy, not even close. Cmon r* get er done!!

I really hope the lamar icon is for bounce competition. Cant wait to see ppls creativity. Even the chrome adder crowd wont b able to mess it up. Bright colors n dollar rims wiont look out of place on a low low.
