The Red Leader Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 I don't know I kinda like it. I will admit the brakes are almost non existent, the extra lights don't work, and it's RWD not 4x4. But overall it's a nice off-road that looks cool in my opinion. I actually agree. I haven't raced it yet, but from my time taking it off-road up and down mountains I would say it's the best off-road vehicle in the game. Thank you, this is the kinda car you need to spend some time with and actually try it in different environments in order to judge it correctly. The brakes problem can be solved by tapping the brakes. The lights I honestly think it is a shame they don't work but my favourite car is the Dubsta 6x6 and its extra lights have never worked so I've got used to that stupidness. The RWD is suitable for a rally car like this, why would it be 4x4 if it's too small & low to go over the terrain of a mountain or such. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Secondly, the real thing is RWD, so why get all "GRR THIS NEEDS TO BE AWD FOR SOME REASON" Like it really matters in GTA if it's AWD or not, the physics aren't exactly simulator, so AWD or RWD, doesn't matter when a ground hugging supercar can beat it offroad. The Baja 1000 & 500 are nearly always won by either a Trophy Truck or a Class 1 buggy, both RWD. When it isn't won by a RWD truck or buggy, it's won by a motorcycle. The Baja 1000 is never won with a 4x4. The Brawler is based on the Rally Fighter which was made for rally-raids like the Dakar Rally and the UAE Desert Challenge. Those rallies have been traditionally won with AWD cars like the Mini All4, BMW X-Raid, VW Toureg and Mitsubishi Pajero EVO. But in this year's Dakar, Peugeot ran a new RWD car that will probably win it in the next 2 years and Robby Gordon has a RWD truggy that can run up front when he's not crashing or having mechanical troubles. The Dakar was won with a RWD Schesser buggy in the early 2000's. To say it has to be AWD or 4x4 to be good off-road is just plain stupid. The lights not working IS plain stupid! Cyoctane Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 You can argue all you want, but the fact is that the Brawler has a drive shaft going to the front axle, meaning the person who designed it intended it to be All-Wheel Drive, but the programmers made it RWD, which is wrong, and should be fixed. Right? I don't know... All I know is that it says 4WD in the GTA description, but the game did its classic "make the car RWD by accident" glitch. Agreed completely, was going to grind to buy it saw price f*** that s***. I'm still having to steal from convenience stores to pay the mechanic and I'm at lvl 90 something. With R* Making these new cars expensive as S*** it's hard for a guy like me to get newer dlc cars. I just like to collect cars, hate the grinding, and if I'm honest I don't like the combat. Before the a**holes attack with "omg ur poor as F***" I've gone thru at least 50 cars, I just sink all my money into them and only play the odd mission to change thier paint job or such like that. R* have got to be the laziest people when it comes to this kind of stuff, the give the T20 a working speed spoiler but the can't even give a car working lights. Hard to compare to other off-roaders, as there is nothing like it. First impression, great traction, speed, and acceleration for an offroader. Doesn't seem super nimble, but still a fun and unique off-roader.
