YaBoyMisfitt
After playing through all the heists a few times and giving them some time to sit, I was pretty disappointed with how R* handled them. We waited so long for these and while they are fun, they definitley have serious problems. One issue I have is that the heists are not very dynamic. It would be a lot more fun if there weremore ways to set up the missions. The funnest contact missions are the ones that there are multipule ways to complete, and while there are multiple ways to complete most of the setups and finales, they do leave something to be desired. It would be really interesting if instead of lobbies and missions where you get an escape car or equipment, you did these sort of things in freemode. Imagine this scenario: You're setting up the Pacific Standard job and you need to get an escape vehicle. You walk out of your apartment and see a four-door or a van (or you could use your personal vehicle) that you think would be perfect. You take the vehicle to an alley or street around the bank and, similar to how it works in the story mode, you call Lester and have the escape set up. This would add a lot more openness to how heists are executed. In regards to the equipment though, there could be a gear shop of sorts available from the Setup room, where you can buy things such as the thermal charges, special weapons, and drills. The equipment would be optional, but would drastically increase your odds of pulling off the finale. The fact that equipment like that would be optional would be amazing to have in a game like this. Imagine if the Fleeca job was like the Big Bank from Payday 2, where there were multiple ways to crack the safe. Instead, we're stuck with the "worm game" hacking that seems is way too difficult for some people Another MAJOR issue with the heists are that unless you have a few friends that are online or a big crew, you have to play with randoms. A lot of times it takes 15+ minutes to get a full lobby. Even then theres a chance that some one will leave prematurely or be unable to follow simple directions that appear on the screen. One way to combat this would would be to add bots to fill roles like driver, pilot, and crowd control. They could have combined hacker, driller and/or demolition roles for when there is only one player. I dont think it would be too hard to program the AI for simple tasks like that. The AI would also take a percentage of the take that is determined by the player, and how high the percentage is is what determines how profiecint they are, and since they would be doing simple tasks anyway, they AIs could die and not automatically fail the heist, but the player wouldhave to adapt to this and think on the fly in order to get away. These were just my thoughts. Sorry if some of this doesnt make sense, I'm sort of having a hard time thinking of what I want to say, and I encourage you to correct me if I'm wrong about some things. GrandMaster Smith
The fact it took so long to get even just these heists out shows it's a lot harder to make than they make it seem. While I agree it'd be cool to have more variability I'm just glad we got what we did. I still have a lot of fun playing it and just making friends online helps out a ton with filling heist lobbies. thebrianmo
There's far too much driving from point "A" to point "B" just to play each part out. Setzaroth, Coleco, BigStu4q and 1 other
BigStu4q
There's far too much driving from point "A" to point "B" just to play each part out. And the GPS route we get is terrible. There are much better ways to go thebrianmo

NoxiousBacon
I'm absolutely with you especially with the AI filling in, I'm only up to the second heist (prison break) on because of the people constantly dying and leaving. I also hate how you have three people in total and you're waiting for one more but then some guy decides to leave because it is taking forever then 5 seconds later u get another guy joining, like WTF!!! That is the problem with randoms I only have one friend in real life that plays gta and has completed all heist but I hate how every time we play the last heist he takes a 55% cut and everyone gets a 15% cut. I really wished they had random AI fill in Edited July 9, 2015 by Brian Acuesta
markyhitch
Wish they would just banish the heists, unlock all hidden vehicles.
Claptrap NL
I only like them when I play with friends or people who know what to do and sadly there are a lot of idiots out there who can't read, listen nor do anything that they have to do. Example on the Humane Labs Raid on normal: Played today with a rank 5 (don't know how he got in), a rank 46 and someone near rank 100. You would expect that those higher ranked people would know what to do, but no. First the guy send me a message (the host) and tells me what to do. I was: I know. And was thinking: I'm not stupid idiot. I've probally done this more times than you. After I've reached the checkpoint as the pilot of the Valkyrie all three guys jumped out, one commited suicide and another guy started to shoot rockets at the Valkyrie. At that point I was leaving.
