GTA Crash on Startup?

New to this page, probably didn't post this in the right area, sorry in advance.

 

I've been playing normally ever since I got the game, until a couple days ago, when I would start the game up, it would crash on me instantly. The launcher would sign me in, but as soon as the actual game came up, it would prompt me with a message saying GTA V has stopped working, forcing me to exit.

 

I've searched everywhere online for an answer or workaround, but I have failed to find anything that helps. I've even re-installed the whole game itself overnight, only to have the same problem.

 

Is anyone having this kind of issue, or know of a way I could possibly get my game to work again?
