I don't know how it compares to this Springer show, but I believe the Jeremy Kyle Show followed Jerry Springer as the UK equivalent. There's some pretty..........interesting........things on the Kyle Show I'm also fairly sure that most of the participants either come from East London, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester or Birmingham.
