When it is maybe the Ill Gotten Gains 2 Update, which will be released today, I'd like to know the size of it. Do you remember, how big the Ill Gotten Gains 1 update was? strigoi1958 Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 (edited) 90 minutes and still downloading at 30mb per minute when my line is capable of 480mb per minute... i guess everyone is downloading the patch/ update/ dlc whatever and the servers are struggling. But at least it is 500k per second (should be 8mb though) it would be nice to know exactly how big this download is.... assuming it is only 5gb i will be waiting another 90 minutes to 2 hours 8^( I got my daily objectives in earlier today but will R* help those who cannot get online to do their daily OBJ's ? Nothing so far and I keep looking around rockstar stuff for actual reason about this. EDIT: Rockstar changed their answer We are aware of this issue. Please be patient as we work on this. The patcher is downloading America.txt and is failing the hash check so it is downloading it again, failing the hash, downloading it again, failing....you get the picture. Delete "errorcodes" folder from your gamedir (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\data). Then,unplug your connection,and launch the game.
