PS4 Lampadati Casco

Hey I brought a Lampadati casco twice and they both came topless. How do I get one that is hardtop?

You don't. Since IGG1 it's always the topless variant. Maybe after the IGG2 update it will be possible again... Have you tried LSC? Maybe there's an option there? I've read that some cars have an option for roof/roofless at LSC, but I don't know if this also works on the casco.

You could try contacting R* since the vehicle being delivered not as advertised should be considered an issue.

Nope... Like the OP's Casco, I tried to get a refund for multiple purchases of the hardtop Stallion (pictured on the in-game website) because I kept getting the convertible one. Rockstar repeatedly denied my multiple requests for a refund.
