New Apartment features

I honestly don't know why we can't edit our inner apartments I mean we can make our own races or missions in creator but why not make your own apartment or atleast edit the inner of the apartments... I think they should add a hot tub and a useable fridge idk.. But ya what do y'all think?, for short should they make it so you can edit the insides of your apartment

Because Rockstar doesn't realize they could learn a thing or two from the Sims. Would love to be able to make the apartments and garages more personalized like we can with our cars.

Because the apartment spaces are in fact shared. if someone generated an additional object in Apartment 3 of Eclipse towers everyone in the lobby who had Apartment 3 in Eclipse Towers would see the same object. The players are invisible and unable to interact with one another but they are in the same world space.

This, if you and a friend own the same apartment you can actually see when they take a bong hit if you stand near yours at the time they do it. It's uniformity.

Lol @ the lameasses stealing Chloroform's comment. Anyway TDU had an apartment creator (so it's possible), apartment creator I believe was leaked (by fun) so there's a chance we could get it.

One small detail that I think would be both cool and easy to implement is allowing us to change the color scheme and changing the wall art to a pic from snapmatic or at least our crew emblem. Would be cool to have a couch in my crew color or a big picture of my crew emblem to come home to.

You would basically need to rewrite how each apartment is structured and such. Too much effort for basically nothing. We're more likely going to be able to choose color schemes.

And yet it was easily done with PlayStation Home before it ended prematurely. Kinda like Sims only without the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Even something as bare-bone as Saints Row 2 customization would be nice. In SR2 you could change 3-5 things in your apartment from the overall decor to having a pool table or a stripper pole. I mean, you can call a stripper so why not make her more at home? I'm sure R* will add some sort of customizable housing feature. People asked for more properties to own and we've got 3 properties. There's been a talk about mansions for ages - don't know if R* will let us buy some expensive loading screen but with enough demand and if it's easy to do seems they'll do it. Maybe alter interiors by using props/other interior items?

 

It would definitely be something worth showing off. Seems weird to pay $500,00 for some green juice and a bed that just shows me lying on my side as if I got stomach ache.

The only feature I'd like to see added in the apartment is being able to restock ammo from the heist setup area. I know we can just start a mission, restock ammo and back out, or go to ammunation. But why not just add an option to restock ammo from the office? People often put PM in front of ammunation .

What Rockstar needs to add is a customizeable crew clubhouse. How we go about customizing it is by choosing different presets for each section of the clubhouse.

 

Theirs so much more that Rockstar could do to expand apon their crew system that they've created.
