Funny I was thinking the same thing lol.

 

It's not like this forum has anything to do with Sony PlayStation network (PSN) so it would be better directed for all to rant at them via their site, honestly SMH.

 

That said I too am encountering problems but rebooting my router usually fixes things.

Is it still down for you guys? I was about to get online. I like to know beforehand if a lot of people are having issues instead of thinking it's something on my end.

It's working for me on PS3. Still, though, the downtime on PlayStation is terrible. One reason I'm leaning towards the One.

 

On PS3 when GTA V doesn't connect for me. I go into Invite Only. Works almost every time the servers are laggy for me. Try that on PS4 maybe?

Also, for those having problems, try playing the game in a Invite Only session, it's working for me.

Yep, I am having to stay up until I can get online and complete my daily duties, no way I am going to be reset

back to the beginning (24/28 days).

Been down all day for me. And I took the day off to grind for IGG2, too. LOL. Playing it on PS3 instead (because it's up for some reason) and wasting money on my characters from the past, LOL.

...unless you're doing daily objectives...then you can't.

If you have a second character at lvl 15+ there's a workaround.

Just make sure you enter GTAO with said eligible character at 0600 GMT(DO'S reset then). It will reset their objectives without affecting your other character with the active streak.

This allows you to finish up the objectives your concerned with and streak remains intact when logging back in the next day at 0600 GMT.

Worst case scenario with this method is you're pushed back a day but don't lose consecutive days streak.

Sony has pretty much always compensated us with extra days for every day of downtime.
