GTA IV Texture Problem Fix Again

I had this texture disappearing pop up bullsh*t problem a long time, only when I had car mods installed. I tried every solution, at last I've found one that worked for me at last, so maybe it'll work for some of you as well.

 

My system is: intel i5 4590 3,30 Ghz, 8 GB Ram, 2 GB Nvidia GTX 770, running on Windows 7.

 

My vehicles.img is 312 mb.

 

You need to have RIL.BudgetedIV by NTAuthority installed, xlive.dll and scripthook.dll.

Copy your vehiclebudget inside the RIL ini file, it must contain the amount of bytes your vehicles.img file has.

 

Commandline.txt contains only the following parameters:

 

-memrestrict 734003200

-noprecache

-novblank

-norestrictions

Inside the game, you have to click on Auto Configure and let the game run like this, the only thing you can alter is definition and vsync.

This worked for me, I can play the game without any crashes or really annoying pop ups, and I can mod all cars, and use big size mods.

This is how it works on my system. fps are decent.
