GTA V: how do you drive similar to road traffic?

Hello,

I'm on PC GTA V and use keyboard and mouse. Always want to drive around like cars in city traffic, not crazy fast or wrong lane, etc. How do you do that?

Thanks for your input.

Practice, and even then do not expect to drive just like them. I assure you even if you could you would quickly grow tired of it and be tempted to floor it. I wish there was a button we could push that would allow our character to just drive for us. Auto drive, if you will...just like riding in a taxi.

By practice I assume you mean tapping W key intermittently so you match other cars' speed?

Logic. But I thought there might be someway more intuitive.

Kind of hard to do with any precision with a keyboard and mouse. Maybe invest in an xbox one controller for pc.

^ this. With a keyboard, you only get a binary on/off. With a controller (any controller) there is a much greater amount of precision control.

Sorry but it's a lot easier on consoles.

Mafia II had a system where you could push a button and it had a speed limiter (It limited the car speed to the speed limit so you couldn't accelerate past that point, I think it was 40 MPH for regular roads and 60 MPH for highways) but that was only added because you could get pulled over by the police for not doing the speed limit. Not like that in GTA V, but if you just look at the cops, prepare for the storm motherf*cker!

To drive like the road traffic, just drive at half the speed of the limit. I swear these f*ckers go at 35-40 mph when the limit is 60. MOVE !

Steering is still sh*t. Driving assists suck dick in this game. Much easier to drive normal in 4.

Driving normally in Los Santos? Easy.Just cruise around over the speed limit and throw middle fingers and everyone. At least that's how I do it.

It's really easy, stick to the speed limit, stay in lane, stop at red lights, give middle fingers to peasants in dirty cars, tractors, trucks, and pickup trucks.Use a controller because the handling is kinda boaty, especially when you are trying to escape a pursuing guy in a '90s dirty car because you waved a middle finger at him.
