He said,I believe that would be a question for the good folks at Rockstar Games Then other fans have said,"Well played","good job hiding it" Note:the picture is his cover picture,not just normal post. Like i said it's a small hint,not necessarily referring to a dlc,and if it was a dlc then rockstar knows about it (of course) and they are allowing their voice actors do teasers and hints and sh*t. Anyway, people look for the smallest details. One YouTuber thought there was gonna be a tsunami because there was a picture of a big wave going over the city in the game.
