Nico
This might be a dumb question for tech experts but I need an answer for it.I'm using an SCM mod for San Andreas and I'm trying to execute certain command of it, which is a key combination. The mod has up to 4 different key combinations, each one enabling a different game mode, all of them involving the TAB key.The fourth command is TAB + Q + W + Space Bar. When I press it, nothing happens in the game, but I hear a small beep, which keeps playing if I hold the keys. In fact, that beep plays when I press TAB + almost any other pair of keys. My question is, what is that, exactly? Is related to keyboard shortcuts? I'm using Windows 7 and a Genius keyboard. Did you see the frightened ones? Did you hear the falling bombs? Did you ever wonder... ...why we had to run for shelter when the promise of a brave new world unfurled beneath a clear blue sky?
aStiffSausage
I'm not so good at explaining this, other than keyboards have hardware limitations.http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/6669/how-do-i-remove-the-limit-on-pc-keyboard-button-presses Nico
Nico
Yes, you're right. Now I tried with a newer keyboard and it worked. Thanks. Did you see the frightened ones? Did you hear the falling bombs?
