Considering this is ingame, but locked for Single Player (moronic really) I'd like this to have unlocked for SP. I have up to the latest patch/DLC, thus ready for such a mod. Further on, Jailbreak to is removed for SP, why on Earth do they keep locking content for us single players? And no, I am not again going online, I had too many an issue with griefers.
