Can You Create Mod Camera Hack For GTA V ? Cause I Like Panorama In GTA V , And I Not Too Much Happy Using Camera From Phone , Cause It Have A Limit , Meanwhile If Using Camera Hack , We Can Taking Screenshot Without Limit Place , I'm Tired To Using R* Editor As My Camhack , But It's Not Simply , Cause Must Record First And Open R* Editor , Thanks If You Can Create Camera Hack For GTA V

I'd love that too, a free camera mod with the features of the editor.

 

Also it'd be great if someone could get rid of the "bubble" in the editor : the area within you can move the camera. Right now it's too small, I'd love to be able to place the camera further away form the player

Sadly, I have zero knowledge of coding and modding.

So please, all the almighty modders out there, give us a mod that will put a stop to it, and we shall be forever grateful.

Anchor Mod

 

Ability to anchor boats so that they stay in place. At the very least allow the submarine/kraken to be able to anchor, this way the player can dive on sites of interest without fear of the sub drifting away at high speed.

 

Also, add the ability to keep the sub submerged when exiting. Presently, subs shoot straight up to the surface when exiting.

 

Hope some modder works on this one day.

Maybe this isn't possible, as it wasn't in GTAIV, but I'd like a stop time mod for GTAV much like CLEO in SA. I figure it should be possible somewhat, there's already bullet time. In theory you just increase BT speed to extremely slow and increase player speed so they can move normally. Of course there's probably limitations but I think being able to stop time would make for some interesting gameplay. Maybe I'll get into scripting, if someone points me the right direction.

Video makers like me really need more flexible Video Editor feature.

 

Something I really want to see, longer distance limit for the camera (which is dependent of the player's position). An extension would be extremely useful in moving/panning shots.

Bring back the pushing system to GTAV

 

Hello guys, i wondered, if we create a mod, that allows bring back the pushing/shoving system from GTA IV to GTA V. I read several forums, a lot of people wants this feature back. So.. i looking for some good guys. We should create a mod, just walking around the concept. How easily develop this mod? I'am a level designer in a gamedev company, but i have lot of experience in animations, modeling workflow.

 

So the question: Anybody interested to this mod?

If there is anything Americans really want, it is a fully locked-down, completely monitored police state!

Unfortunately, the LSPD and the Blaine County Sheriff Department haven't done a strikingly good job so far, when it comes to keeping the streets of San Andreas clean...

That's why we need more cops patrolling the state, so the hard working people of SA can stop worrying about their safety and start to worry about government surveillance instead.

 

Unlike in GTA IV, where there was literally an LCPD car around every corner, there are barely any cops in GTA V. But as soon as you commit a crime, the appear out of nowhere. So I was wondering if it is possible to create a mod that changes that. I was thinking about adding patrolling cop cars to the traffic of the city and its surrounding areas.

 

Make some cruisers spawn from time to time, maybe not as frequent as in IV (after all you'd probably see less police cars in LA than in NYC). Some cops patrolling on foot would be nice too, maybe alone in areas like Rockford Hills and in groups of two or three officers in more dangerous areas like South Los Santos.

Another thing this game really needs is more diversity in terms of police. Seriously, there are so many emergency vehicles in the game, yet first responders always stick to the same few.

Have normal Vapid Cruisers drive through the city of Los Santos, with Unmarked Cruisers and Police Transporters also spawning from time to time. As soon as the player gets a wanted level, Interceptors appear as backup (as it is now). On the highways in and around LS, they should use Police Buffalos. Police Mavericks should be flying around the city, keeping an eye on everything from above. (happens very rarely)

Next up is the countryside: Obviously, the Sheriff Cruiser has to be used as their main vehicle here, have them drive around Blaine Country. (except for the national parks, those are already being patrolled by the Ranchers in their SUVs) Occasionally, the should also use Sheriff SUVs. Additionally, have some Police Bikes drive along the highways (they can already be seen standing on the side sometimes, but usually the SA Highway Patrol don't drive around in them).

The waters around and within the entire state should be controlled by Police Predators (not sure if that is already the case or not).

Even though there are female models for both, LSPD and LSSD, in the game, female officers are a VERY rare sight in GTA V. Maybe that too can be changed (e.g. let ever 10th cop or so be a woman).

 

So, yeah, that's pretty much all I can think of. I really hope someone is able to pull this off.

Mod Request: Water Reflections

I doubt this is possible yet, but it would be great to see a shader mod for puddles and water that showed reflections for characters, peds and vehicles. Currently the water shaders only seem to be environmental.

 

Standing in the middle of a rainy street just loses so much without those.

 

Obviously it would be more tasking on the GPU, but it would be so worth it to see.
