BadgerMilk Posted January 17, 2003 Share Posted January 17, 2003 Ok, earlier today I was in the golf course waiting for a caddey to appear so I could show my friend the glitch where a person drives you around in a car, and while I was waiting, I was looking at a blimp with my sniper rifle. When I was looking at the blimp, I saw a bright orange dot go across the screen. It looked like a falling star and moved much faster than the planes. My friend and I think it was a UFO. I will disect your tiny impudent head and serve it to my brother because you are not worthy of being eaten by me HQAHAHAHAHAHAH HIQ HAHAHAH! :die dang. someone need an anger management class. is someone here being an idiot that someone would want to kill, because i sure don't see one. asking a simple question like "how do you do the caddy trick" or "have u seen a ufo" is probably a bad reason to give yourself an ulcer..... the caddy trick is when you steal a caddy from one of the people at leaf links and they drive you around. 1. steal the caddy 2. let the ped. try steal it back from the passenger's side. 3. the second he enters tap X, so you can't get out, but the ped won't scream. 4. most of the time you will now morph into the ped and be controlled by the ped AI i have not seen the UFO, probably the streak from the laser scope is what you saw. No, that's impossible nearly. The laser dot doesn't project far enough.. It would never project on the sky from even the highest point in Vice City.. And dude, are you mentally ill? Sun glare is so obvious that even the most moronic person on this forum (according to popular vote, that twelve year old kid Woody) could tell it was sun glare.. It was at night, too. Most likely. I think I saw something like that too.. Actually, I DID see it. An orange dot, flickering on and off, to a set interval. Moved rather rapidly (too fast for a copter, couldn't have been a plane because the planes don't have orangish lights..) It was on a South-North course from the angle I viewed it. On Starfish, outside the hidden package pickup spawn point. I'm getting into a boat right now, gonna set up camp. *Gets into his Sea Sparrow, lands near a Tropic, gets in, waits.* It's only 0100.. pops capo Posted January 19, 2003 Share Posted January 19, 2003 0030 - Woke up after a quick six hour nap for my next day of non-stop caffeine and UFO sighting. 0035 - Left my mansion, began to head around back for the Sea Sparrow. 0050 - Picked up my gear for the day at sea. 0110 - Entered Sea Sparrow, took off. 0140 - Found perfect strech of water for my campsite, just after the West Side - Leaf Links bridge. 0150 - Began course to east to acquire Tropic. 0200 - Landed at Mercedes' house. 0210 - Acquired Tropic. 0210 - Began on west-southwest course to campsite. 0400 - Anchored at campsite, right above large rock formation. 0420 - Weather: Hardly cloudy, no rain. Full moon. Approx. 0430 to 0500 - Sighted lighted object, white, moving rapidly; faster than a plane or chopper. Had an Airbus following it. Sighted to the south heading on an eastern route. It has just begun to rain, and has gotten darker. I've lost track of both the Airbus and the unidentified object. Approx. 0700 - The rain has begun to clear up finally. No more objects have been sighted. 1450 - Sighted blimp; decided to follow it with scope until approximately 1900. 1600 - Lost sight of blimp due to skyscrapers; sniped one seagull. 1700 - Sniped another seagull. 1720 - Caught sight of blimp again; following it until approximately 1900. 1910 - Blimp leads to nothing; sun is setting. Approx. 2200 - Sighted white flashing object much like the first one; noticeable difference (most likely due to the lack of clouds) is a white exhaust trail of some kind coming from it. Approx. 2245 - Sighted third object of the day, dull yellowish light much like first two with the exception of color and this one has an exhaust trail too. Heading East - South. Approx. 2300 - Both objects are now heading East. Approx. 2350 - I think I saw a black double oval shape, two ovals that is. One large base, one smaller "head." Approx. 0030 - Sighted red object much like the others, with the exception of exhaust trails. Heading West. I'll wrap this up at 0600. Approx. 0100 - Sighted another white object like the others; no exhaust, on eastern course. Approx. 0130 - Sighted red object like others without exhaust trails. Heading on eastern course. Approx. 0300 - Sighted white object like the very first first one except much more clearer as it is a clearer night. Approx. 0340 - Sighted another red object like the others, no exhaust trail. Northern direction. Approx. 0530 - Decided to head back home. ------------ I gather from this (which was done just for fun and the hell of it) that these lights, these "UFOs" are merely planes. They may seem to go faster than the others, but don't let that fool you. They have set patterns, and the red one is most likely that Dodo which flies around town with a banner on the back. See, if you sit there watching it in good weather for a few minutes, you notice it comes right around the same path again. I'm about to check it out again myself in my Skimmer. mark_1000 Posted January 20, 2003 Share Posted January 20, 2003 yer..the one i saw..it was white with a slight trail behind it, but was flying too fast for a plane..and no it wasn't a star cos it was flashing..another stange thing happened while i was on the beach, i was about to snipe the dodo with the banner flying behind it, but all of a sudden, the plane dissapeared, and the banner behind it kinda dropped to the floor and thru the sand? ididntdoit Posted January 22, 2003 Share Posted January 22, 2003 I saw on the other day, but i first checked if it was a plane, but it was too high, and I new it wasn't a shooting star as it left a vapour trail in its wake as well it changed trajectory from what i saw. it was the middle of the night when i saw it until it dissapeared from view. All of you guys still have no proof of what the objects are, you only have ideas. If you can post a screenshot of one of the objects (UP CLOSE), then it would help.
