every time I go to play online on PC it asks me to reaccept the stupid f*cking terms and bullsh*t and ive accepted it millions of times, how do i fix this?

If it loads you into Story Mode without an option for Online, then it's a bug. I've gotten that before as well.

 

Your only bet is to restart the game multiple times.
