His first account used to be GradeA-Hole also before he changed it to "Member's Only" prior to the banning.

I was trying to find an old thread when i came across this website/article and was wondering how true this article is....

 

EA Buys GTAForums For $3.2million?

 

When EA wants something, they go about it with guns a-blazin' and a fixed eye on the target. In their quest to purchase Take-Two Interactive, they apparently want to insure they secure the fan base that comes along with Take-Two's biggest franchise, Grand Theft Auto. Makes sense, yes?

 

Well, try this on for size: according to WhatIfGaming, the most recent rumor is that EA bought the largest GTA fan forum on the Internet (GTA Forums) for $3.4 million on March 22.

 

Now, EA hasn't made anything official just yet, but there is a leaked letter from EA to "Tank," the webmaster of GTA Forums, which you can read here. As you can see, this is merely a message conveying EA's interest in purchasing the website, but if it's real, it certainly goes a long way to confirming a possible sale. After all, why on earth wouldn't Tank sell? What motivation does he have? For that matter, what's going to stop the Take-Two shareholders from voting for the EA acquisition? Yeah, not much...any time someone stands to make a lot of money, chances are, they're gonna leap at the opportunity.

 

We'll let you know when and if EA confirms this interesting purchase, and if they plan to pick up anything else GTA-related. They're on the warpath now!

It has happened with me many times. I haven't noted its frequency, but it seems quite random. May happen on any rainy day. But I have noted that when it doesn't happen then it doesn't happen but when it happens it happens quite frequently within the span of those 2 to 4 hours.

Is there an easy to search all members of a member group? Figuring out everyone registered to the Yakuza, for example.

Go here (the link is normally at the very bottom of the page, under community>member directory, so you don't have to find this post every time to get there ), click "more search options", then at the bottom of the box/just above the "apply filters" button there's a box saying "show all", click that and a drop down appears and you can choose a group to filter by.

 

click "apply filters" and you're golden.

When you go to the member directory (link at the bottom) click on more search options and at the bottom of the advanced options is a drop down box (the one on the left) and you can select groups from there.

I think it's safe to assume at this point that most of the time, people are banned for one (or both) of two reasons:

 

i) they're a complete clot

ii) they broke the rules someway or another

Mobile. I got a notification that you quoted me. It happens from time to time i guess, but happened all the time the past few days.
