Hi Andy, the Snapmatic judging team is waiting for a Network Admin to set up the voting booth for us. The nominations are counted and everything is ready to go but the guy who codes the forum skin is out of the country atm. Rather than rush through a half assed job, the decision has been made to wait and do things properly.

 

A proper announcement will be posted very soon

It says 'Viewing Community Index' as if you were viewing the main forum page, I believe.

Yes, that includes The Safehouse. Though when The Safehouse appeared on the main page to all users (but could only be accessed by Certified Crew Members) it would show up as 'Viewing Forum: The Safehouse' if you were viewing the forum itself, but not for any of the topics inside.

 

If someone else has access to the same private forum you are viewing, they will be able to see the topic/page you are viewing.

 

'Viewing Community Index' basically means you are viewing the main page (http://gtaforums.com/) or as said before, a private forum you do not have access to.
