Question: The number of total members in the bottom of the page includes the banned members?

It would seem not. Otherwise it would be over 700,000, as I am in that Number Range.

The member ID doesn't reflect how many members we have, as over the years accounts might have been deleted or merged or lost.

 

I don't think the count at the bottom of the forums includes banned people, but to throw out some figures... there are currently 673380 accounts in total across all groups, 22174 of which are in the BUSTED group.

I would have thought that that particular Button would be removed, and when the Voting Stage was underway a New Button would be used.
