I don't like the fact that people can buy the liberator because I was hoping another vehicle would be added instead or at least another variation.

 

 

I now feel the Liberator has lost its exclusivity. I bought it for $742014 (BTW that price is the date, July 4, 2014, which i thought was unquie). Now the newer gen-players can get the same vehicle.

 

I am glad that fireworks are back. The double RP isnt bad either...

 

By the way, I found out that pegasus vehicles no longer have player lock in, well there goes my fun.

Just seen the strangest thing, I was in an LTS lobby and 2 guys were speaking in French, one was wearing a USA suit, usa face paint, usa glasses with a usa hat. Didn't realise the French and Americans were such good friends. Bit dissappointed they didn't put the female designs on proper t-shirts.

French helped us during the war on Independence, and we basically saved their ass twice during the two WW's

We had the Confederate anthem as a horn since day one and not the flag itself. Quite ironic.

Where the F are the fireworks to purchase? The one's you place on the ground. I can top up my Firework Launcher no problem but don't see any of the ground one's in Ammunation but there still in my inventory left over from last years update except I have 0 to place. On PC btw, tranferred from PS4.

For next dlc I'm looking forward to the weapons and clothing. Not give much about new vehicles since we can't store more than a total of 30. Owning extra properties or expand the garages by 100% would be great for the last update (or this one).

This year I greeted the Independence Day DLC like an old friend. I'm glad it's back I put the Platinum Tint upon my trusty fireworks launcher and lit up Sandy Shores for an hour. I never grow tired of the sound and visuals and have purchased over sixty rockets today.

I thought the limit for the launcher was 20 rockets or have you refilled it 3 times?

 

I was very happy coming home from work yesterday knowing this content was available, finally got the Sovereign on the PS4

and patriot smoke for the parachute and tyres of several cars and redone a couple of vehicles in USA flag colours complete

with horns and smoke.

 

Overall I finally got the items for my character that I created after last years event, all I need now is another stab at the beer hats

someday.

As for World War I, let's not mince words - America was a war profiteer for 2 whole years before getting involved. How many French, English, Russian lives would have been saved if the US hadn't been cowardly sitting on its hands selling materiel to both sides?

 

As for WWII, it started in 1939. You can elect out of the following two reasons as to why you didn't get involved until December 1941 - cowardice or profiteering. And it's worth noting that Australia, Canada and New Zealand all joined the war in 1939. Without being attacked by Japan.

 

Let's for sure spend this weekend propagating the myth that America is a selfish, unique land where special things happen and instead deflate that a bit to a deeply flawed, inherently selfish nation... just like every other nation.

Again, though - war breaks out in 1939. Australia, Canada, New Zealand (to name but a few - you have the rest of the Imperial forces to consider) are at war. They don't, subsequently, paint a picture of saving everyone's arses as a result of involvement. Part of the national insecurity of the US is the obsession with inflated mythology - millions of lives were wasted and you were making fistfuls of cash off those deaths.

China, Korea, and Manchuria would take issue with "1939". Japan started kicking them in the sack in 1931.

As for WWI, we weren't dumb enough to sign treaties that would force us into a fight because someone else attacked someone else.

At least when the U.S. was dragged into to the war it was observant of the failed 1800's docterines European generals continued to force into the grinder and (though not entirely) acted as "co-balligerents" instead of "allies" so that our soldiers wouldn't be thrown into the trenches as replacements for the allied losses under European command, like they wanted.
