[C#] Game Crash after delete the ENTITY! Why?

Hello,

I try to delete my attached Entity but always the game crash, why? is there other way to get the Enitity away?

GTA.Native.Function.Call(GTA.Native.Hash.DELETE_ENTITY, attachedObject);

Can anyone help me please? Thanks

DELETE_ENTITY takes a pointer, not an object handle. No idea how you'd pass a pointer in from C# though (haven't used ScriptHookDotNet). If you pass in a handle and it tries to use it like a pointer it will obviously get a memory access violation.

Could you share more of your code please? I have no idea what the attachedObject is.

 

Also, there is a build in ScriptHookVDotNet function for this. So you could probably just do something like: attachedObject.Delete();

attachedObject its the name of the Object that i attach

is use

ATTACH_ENTITY_TO_ENTITY_PHYSICALLY

So attachedObject.Delete works but not really like i want, its delete all Objects, not the attached Object. I mean, if i attach 2 Object with this, and try to delete, then its delete the 2 Objects! It have to delete Object 2 that is attached to Object 1 you know?

Detach it, and then delete it. Most of time game developers choose to delete all thing attached to entity, if it's about being deleted.

Thanks now it works, i found a logic fail where i detach the wrong Object
