Go down the road to the right of it where the ramp is on the side of it. You will end up at the print works, follow the road left, then make a left and follow the road straight, you will see a little leather biker shop with an open door and barred windows, when you walk in it will make you stop, look to your left and see the havana suit, you can't get it though, if you figure out how make sure you tell me.
