New glitch

To me, one of the most annoying aspects of VC gameplay is the whole, boat mission, doing well, hit the wall, flip, drive around upside down, get meassage saying bloke in back of boat is dead, mission failed,thing. Having played the game solid since it came out, I have come to accept this as annoying but mildly amusing. However... last night I was right at the end of the Cafe, stunt boat mission when I suddenly hit the wall, slow mo flipped, but landed back in the correct, upright position. Normally I would be allowed to carry on but this time I got, 'Such and such is dead, mission failed'. Cursing, I peered at the screen and saw the dude still standing in the back of the boat. Not lying down. How can this be? So I pressed triangle and turned round to give the dude the back of my hand. As I punched him the game froze and the screen juddered until It just went black. Thus I lost an hours gameplay, my cool and eventually my mind.

Oh and I just remembered, about two days ago I was buggering about on a PCJ doing crazy tack when suddenly I went off the edge of the dock type place on the first island, came off and landed in the sea by a boat. I must have pressed triangle or something because I suddenly appeared in the boat, lying down, but able to drive forward. Weird. Any way, I paused the game and went to fetch my brother to show him, when I got back, I unpaused the game and sure enough, Mr V was still lying down, unfortunatly I had hit the quayside and needed to reverse, as soon as I did Tommy stood up and drove the boat normally. So my brother didn't beleive me. But its true I tell ya. It happened.
