Ace-King74
I use modloader to replace gta sa models without messing the original gta3.img.But you need to download 2 things for this to work. 1.Silent's ASI Loader: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=21709 2.Modloader: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377 Put them both in your gta sa dictionary(where your dyom is located), and create a new folder in the "modloader folder" and name it "gta3.img" or "model" etc. Now to replace gta sa models, go inside the folder you've created and put a new folder name it with one of the gta sa skin model name from the gta sa gta3.img(Example:ryder) List of skins/names from the SA game: https://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Skins:All Then put your custom character "dff and txd" in the "ryder folder" make sure you change the Custom character name from "custom char.dff custom char.txd" to "ryder.dff ryder.txd" And after that, start the game and you'll see your characers in the game. Hope this was helpful. Edited June 25, 2015 by Ace-King74

You'll always have to replace one ped from the original version of SA to get it working. To make it work you gotta name your custom ped as one of the original ped model name, like name it sweet.txd/sweet.dff and put it inside modloader. It'll replace sweet skin and work for you.
