Gummy
Hi, I recently bought a new laptop (Lenovo Y50) and everything is great, except the wireless connection. It's painfully slow, the driver is a Realtek RT:8723BE Wireless LAN 802.11m PCI-E NIC. I already tried to update the drivers through the Lenovo website and it still really slow. Not to mention it's also weird when I'm playing games on Steam the Wi-FI disconnects/pretends it has connection problems (although it really doesn't.) When I Alt-Tab out of the game and hover my cursor over the Wi-Fi taskbar, it quickly connects, when I alt-tab back into the game, it disconnects. I already unchecked the "Allow the computer to turn of the device to save power" box and made the Wi-FI use Maximum Power in the settings. Here is the result of the speedtest in my other laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon) And here is the result of the speedtest in this new laptop (Lenovo Y50) Can anyone help? It's really frustrating.
