However, I also can never fly the Dodo to Portland early for Import/Export. You also need to fly the Dodo for 1 Hidden Package early, as well, if you are doing a Starter Save. Personally, I always end my Starter Save @ 51%, instead of 53% since I don't bring the Dodo early for Import/Export and I don't get the last Hidden Package, either. I always get 99/100. I just save all these things until SSV is truly unlocked and I just drive the Dodo to Portland, LOL It's surely doable, though. A lot of people can fly it, but a lot of people also can't fly it and I don't care to bother trying either. I tried once on Mobile and the plane jumped up, then went down into the Ocean. It spawns where the Diablos Gang hangs out in Hepburn Heights. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that it's not there just by looking. It spawns at night only, like around 20:00 or so, but it doesn't spawn period early on. You must pass some Missions before it spawns. But yeah, at that time, you could glitch it to SSV, but there is no need if you can't do it in a Starter Save. Just wait for SSV to legit get unlocked and get it to SSV Import/Export Garage. @DragonpokeZ, holy sh*t....You are brilliant!!! I never thought of driving the Dodo to SI and then gliding it over the Callahan Bridge. The ONLY way I ever tried it was taking off at the Airport in SSV and trying to get onto the SSV Lift Bridge and/or fly it to Portland, which both failed miserably. Actually, I can probably get the Dodo in a Starter Save, but NOT the last Hidden Package unfortunately. I can get the Dodo now in my Starter Save! SWEET!!! I will try it eventually. Since I finished ALL my GTA's now, I will just be bettering my Starter Saves and messing around with my 100% Saves since everything is finished and done with. When I do starter saves, I don't try to fly it, I just drive it to the Callahan bridge, where I only need to fly a short distance (just enough to jump the gap) then resume normal driving to the garage. That is 100% legit, the ONLY things you can't get early are the BF Injection, FBI car, and Rhino. Simply being the BF Injection and Rhino DO NOT spawn til after certain missions and the FBI car does not spawn until you are able to get a 5* wanted level. I just hop the Dodo over the broken Callahan Bridge and then land it back down and take it to I/E Garage. I have crash-landed the Dodo onto the lift bridge to claim the hidden package early AND I have flown it around until I got bored. I would like to fly over Donald Love's penthouse, the Observatory and crash into the cut-scene floor of the Panlantic tower. But you have to break it's height restriction by flying in a spiral & the Dodo is a twitchy f&&ker. I got the Dodo to the Portland Docks by flying it over from SSV and landing it on a grassed area of Portland & then driving the rest of the way.
