This is just a lil' thread If you are in a police chase and use the pay n' spray excessively, it does lower it slowly.. Again, I never make threads with the thought that they will be pinned.... WidowMaker Posted January 15, 2003 Share Posted January 15, 2003 Well I used a pay and spray (for research) whilst having 3 stars... before my criminal rating was 17555 after my rating was 17557 It went up, however I was not using it excessively, once to test and again to make sure.
