Need help auticide mission

I am a little stuck on this mission

 

i go to the payfone and get the message that a gang is gonna rob a bank and i have to eliminate all memebers

 

the first  target is working on a advertising board in washington

 

i go there to the yellow triangle  but i dont see anybody there????   even if i am on the spot excactly??

the spot should be in front of the washington mall

 

maybe corrupt savegame file?????

Ahahahaha so many people have had trouble with this

( me included at first )

 

u may notice that you get sent down the road to get a sniper rifle, hint hint wink wink

 

When u get to the triangle and are bang on it as you say, look up...see the billboard? See the man on it with a fat off arrow over his head?

(if not back up a bit, trust me hes up there)

when u look on the radar at a pink / yellow marker that youre aiming for and its in a triangle shape, that means its above (or sometimes below if youre in a helicopter) tommys height.

if its a square its at ur level.

 

so if anytime ur right on a triangle...its above you

if its a square and ur right on it and it still isnt there ur screwed

I agree Candysuxxx, Autocide was a b*tch and a half.  I couldn't finish it until I got the Hunter and, well... I was sorta pissed off at the mission so the first guy on the bill board caught the wrath of my chopper blades in his face.  Trust me all, this mission is very cake with the Hunter.

This mission was a b!tch for me too but I did it last night and found it much easier if you get the rocket launcher from the Hotel by Sunshine Autos.

 

Snipe the first guy out - then get to the blue van but keep far enough away so he doesn't spot you, launch a rocket - if you have missed he will start to drive so launch a 2nd straight away and that should see him off.

 

Next is another similar target but this time a pickup truck type thing with two guys - keep your distance and send a rocket over to finish them off - if one guy escapes just pick him off with any gun.

 

Then head towards the guy in the boat and you can snipe him pretty quickly. Now for the guy on the bike - found it hard to catch him at first so make sure you have a sh!t hot car to get some speed - knock him off and run him over.....job done.

I found this mission quite easy in the end.

 

Using the sniper rifle is essential for the guys on their own, but I found the rest of it not too bad. The guy on the boat is best taken out by driving the bike to the right-hand side of the 'yard' of the house opposite, standing on the wall and giving him some - that bit was the sticking point for me. The vehicles are easy enough; remember you can fire forward with your uzi, etc. when you're on a bike. Much easier than trying to drive-by them by driving up to their side.

On the second man in the Securicar the best way of getting rid of him before him seeing you is standing at the top of the stairs in the alleyway opposite (where PCJ Playground takes place) and snipering him through the windscreen with your sniper rifle.

 

The next one is in a Bobcat - make them see you drive-by on the guy with a shotgun and then drive-by on the Bobcat until it explodes

 

The next is one of the easiest; doesn't need much explaining.

 

The last shouldn't cause much problem - just have a fast car and be able to ram him off his bike or do a drive-by.

i used minigun and beat it 1st time. in my other game file, it was a f*cking b*tch to complete

Its was hard for me until i used a rocket launcher. Geez there cheap!
