How to beat pretty much every hard mission

Colonel's missions:

 

Treacherous Swine: one of the early hard ones. Just go up, take out his guards without chainsaw, chase after him w/o weapons, then when your close, chain 'em. get into the cheeta or other car and get the car sprayed. (pay and spray should be close)

 

Mall shootout: Meet the courier, then jump in the middle down to the bottom of escalator. if you want, take the adren. but hurt and take the pcj or 4 wheel nearby and gun him down(you can shoot forward on bikes) either spray or make a go for the boat to end mission.

 

Guardian angels: f*ck the ruger, when you get to vantage point, take out your tec-9 and start blastin keep you eye on lance, though. when the fools on the bikes come, chase em and start shooting forawrd on your sanchez (see above paragraph) grab the briefcase when the guy is dead and take it to diaz.

 

Sir, yes sir! park in front of tank, get away, snipe turret, go back, bash in tank's doors, and get in and start drivin. when you get to garage, drive in, get the hell out.

 

All hands on deck: 3 words: uzi, rockets, python.(first time to see the "hunter")

 

Diaz missions:

 

Chase: after going through the roof, get on the faggio near the dumpster, and the thief can't hit you. just follow him.

 

Phnom phen '86: what can I say? shoot fast , and aim for the red things.

 

Fastest boat: go, cap the guards, the lift button is inside the warehouse part of BY, get in boat, and you get to diaz's mansion.

 

Supply and demand: just get to the guy fast, if this is tricky, try to find shortcuts. second part, just use same tactics as Phnom phen '86.

 

Vercetti missions:

 

Death row: after talking wit kent, put on 2nd tier weapon cheat. get in a car, drive to junkyard. get a medium dit away from block ade, and blast em wit rocket launcher rest shoot with uzi or phython. uzi is better for misiion due to the fact that you can move while shooting. get into sentenal, and drive. just dodge the guys in the comets, and drive to hospital.

 

Rub out. basic mission just cap all of them. go around the back where the pools are. go up, make sure you don't enter first floor. go to second. and start shooting from there.

use phython, uzi.

 

Shakedown. tricky mission. shotgun seems to work the best, but when going to next target, select python. go inside the stores, and the police will break some windows for you.

 

(from here, you gotta do some extras, but the assination, cuban and haitian misiions arent necesary.)

need: most properties: malibu, sunshin autos, and boat house.

 

sunshine auto: gotta do first list before money starts comin.

 

boat house.:finish all sunshine lists, get hotring racer, put on cars drive on water cheat, start mission, get into racer, and just do mission this way.

 

malibu

 

no escape?: park car right outside, get into cop uniform, get id card from up stairs, go down, free cam, shoot officerswin your way. when out side, only get police near your car. go to pay and spray, and get him to his home

 

shootist: go to down town. when cassidy ands you gun, do weapon tier 1 cheat 2 times. first target, shoot all but head, giving you clear view of other 2 targets. shoot freely. same with other 2 areas.

 

driver: get hotring racer again, park near the first turn where police station is, get out of sentenel, drive like mad with racer. dont f*ck up.

Final missions.

 

Cap the collector : first drive like mad to boat house. they probably taxed it by the time you get there, but run over them as they leave. get out, shoot them

target order boatyard, sunshine autos, malibu. get rid of 3 pairs.

 

keep your friends close. I posted a long ass post a couple of days ago to hel pon that one. search for ysc87 in search area. its fairly complex, but it works.

 

if this gets pinned, cool, if it doesn't, fine.

While this was posted with good intentions, I have some qualms.  

 

First off, any strategy guide that tells you to use cheat codes is bogus.  You don't need to cheat to beat this game, and in fact if you need to cheat to beat a mission it means that you're not skilled enough at the game yet.  

 

Second, you have several errors, such as the "Sir, Yes Sir" mission.  The absolute easiest way to beat this is just to wait for the tank driver to run into the donut shop and then snag the tank.  No shooting or bashing necessary (aside from shooting the tank turrets afterwards for fun).  

 

Anyways, I'm sure those out there that suck appreciated the tips.  If you are a skilled driver and shooter, then none of the missions are really that hard (although "The Driver" was the hardest in the game I think).

sorry. Yeah, the 2 guys are right, but this is if you can't beat the missions. just an outline of the missions ou have to do.
