Get a helicopter and fly to either of the 2 road areas that are blocked with cones and storm warning signs. (Prawn island and Golf course roads) Land right on top of where the signs are. Get out and walk around.Use a manually aimable gun to see where you can walk, sparks mean theres solid ground to walk on. For more fun, get up a wanted level and watch the stupididty begin.
