Here is something that I haven't seen anywhere.

With your game saved at Sunshine Autos (all save points work but I'm taking you to the airport and SSA is closer.), Input the change wheel size cheat about 3 to 6 times.  That is, put in the cheat, reload the game, put in the cheat, reload the game, etc. for as many times as you want.

Now, take a bike to the airport (normal cars float around too much and do other things that make it harder to get there, but bikes aren't affected).

Once at the airport, grab a baggage handler.  Notice the speed increase??  Put in the perfect handling cheat.

This will allow you to pull off wheelies, drive extremely fast and ramp like nobody's business!  Put in the hover cars cheat and drive in the water for further fun.  Just flip it in water and hold down the gas button to further your giddiness.

If ya wanna do a perfect backflip in it, hit one of the ramps that are set a 45 degree angle on one of the runways.  As soon as you do, dump on the gas and you should flip PERFECTLY backwards.

Try other things and see what you can come up with...

try a golf cart with that and go up the ramps at the airport just go stright up them and you can pull of about 5 backflips, it alot more fun than the baggedge handler, and if you put cars float on water on and go on the water in a golf cart its well funny. go on give it a go.
